Last commit upstream was in Sep 2014; pull requests have been ignored since.
I believe eglinfo from mesa-demos is an adequate and maintained alternative.
Also this recipe was using an ugly waf blob placed directly into oe-core, which
was also dependent on python 2.

If the file is expected to exist, then we should always be using require
so that if it doesn't we get an error rather than some other more
obscure failure later on.

The .inc already included this, but the x11 version was overriding it. This is
a problem, as the x11 version still needs opengl as well as x11. Append
instead.
