Last commit upstream was in Sep 2014; pull requests have been ignored since.
I believe eglinfo from mesa-demos is an adequate and maintained alternative.
Also this recipe was using an ugly waf blob placed directly into oe-core, which
was also dependent on python 2.

This helps in compiling on graphics drivers which use
this define to differentiate between eglfs and x11 headers
e.g. mali or mesa

If the file is expected to exist, then we should always be using require
so that if it doesn't we get an error rather than some other more
obscure failure later on.
