Adjust selftest to git-add the directory with newly added patches,
as the new minicom recipe has no default patches, and thus no directory
with them (and the selftest assumed it does).

* Update the url to use .bz2 instead of .gz compression.
* Drop three patches merged upstream
* Submit two patches upstream
* Drop the musl patch since half was already applied upstream and
musl now builds fine without the other piece
