*	glib-2.0: fix parsing of slim encoded tzdata	Ross Burton	2020-10-26	1	-0/+458
	As of tzcode 2020b the timezone data is encoded using the 'slim' format instead of the previous 'fat'. This exposes a number of bugs in GLib, so backport the fixes to improve the parser.
