Fix DESCRIPTION and LICENSE information
Add HOMEPAGE, BUGTRACKER, and LIC_FILES_CHKSUM
Change the local file directory name to ${PN}-${PV}

Acquire flac-gcc43-fixes.patch from OE to fix a build issue
Rebase disable-xmms-plugin.patch
Change the local file directory name to ${PN}-${PV}

Move the functionality into autotools and ensure all our Poky recipes are no
longer using it.
Keep the autools_stage class around for OE compatability but just have it
inherit autools.
