A simple += operation is fine for working with TEST_RUNQEMUPARAMS so remove
the heavier append override usage.

Don't overwrite TEST_RUNQEMUPARAMS since user may have added "slirp"
or similar things to it in site.conf, auto.conf or local.conf. Use
:append to add to it. Fixes failing tests when only "slirp" networking
works with qemu and tun based one is broken on the host machine.

This will produce a more useful hint for those setting
up or testing virgl headless:

as qemu itself isn't helpful:

runqemu (which the test also runs) already performs this check,

The check needs to report dri location on the host machine,
so pkg-config binary needs to be capable of finding the needed
dri.pc file on the host, and therefore needs to know where
host .pc files are located.
This may not be the case when using pkg-config from buildtools,
so this forces usage of host pkg-config.
runqemu already does the same PATH tweak, so this simply brings
the two in sync.

Since Gatesgarth apt (1.8.2) has become more strict and doesn’t allow unsigned repositories by default.
Currently when building images this requirement is worked around by using [allow-insecure=yes] and
equivalently when performing selftest.
Patches "gpg-sign: Add parameters to gpg signature function" and "package_manager: sign DEB package feeds"
enable signed DEB package feeds. This patch adds a runtime test for apt derived from the test_testimage_dnf
test. It creates a signed deb package feed, runs a qemu image to install the key and performs some package
management. To be able to install the key the gnupg package is added to the testimage.

This is particularly useful for llvm-accelerated GL rendering from qemu guest to
an offscreen buffer (accessible over vnc or spice) using llvmpipe on the
host, rather than using unaccelerated swrast renderer in the guest.
This is the best that can be done in the absence of a host GPU with render node
support (such as old Matrox cards common in servers, or fully virtualized cloud
environments with no GPU at all).
Note: even though NVidia blob drivers do support render nodes, they do not
support gbm (yet?), and so rendering will fall back to llvmpipe as well even when
the system has a 3000 euro NVidia GPU. Cue Linus picture.

Note that to actually use accelerated GL passthrough, there are two options
1) a suitable frontend need to be also enabled - gtk+ and SDL both seem to work well.
Previously I struggled to make SDL work, but now it seems fine.
2) it is also possible to render off-screen with -display egl-headless option,
and see the output with a VNC viewer (for which, qemu needs to be started
with a VNC server):

This adds SPDX license headers in place of the wide assortment of things
currently in our script headers. We default to GPL-2.0-only except for the
oeqa code where it was clearly submitted and marked as MIT on the most part
or some scripts which had the "or later" GPL versioning.
The patch also drops other obsolete bits of file headers where they were
encoountered such as editor modelines, obsolete maintainer information or
the phrase "All rights reserved" which is now obsolete and not required in
copyright headers (in this case its actually confusing for licensing as all
rights were not reserved).
More work is needed for OE-Core but this takes care of the bulk of the scripts
and meta/lib directories.
The top level LICENSE files are tweaked to match the new structure and the
SPDX naming.

Sumo release provides a transition period so that deferrals to first boot
via 'exit 1' can be converted to pkg_postinst_ontarget(). For the next release
however, postinst script failures should be treated as such.

As I will be leaving Intel, this address will no longer be valid,
so swap it for my personal one for now.

The test runs a scriptlet that has an intentionally failing command in the middle
and checks for two things:
1) that bitbake does warn the user about the failure
2) that scriptlet execution stops at that point.
The test is run for all three package types: rpm, deb, ipk.

Update the packages and file names to reflect the new postinst recipe.
Fix a sh syntax error in the run_serial file exists test which was hidden by a
logic problem in the status code.
Remove the older test_verify_postinst as it's effectively a subset of
test_postinst_rootfs_and_boot, and doesn't work: when booting under systemd the
strings it searches for are not output to the console, but the test still
passes.

This test overrides IMAGE_FEATURES but failed to include package-management,
which is essential for postinsts to work under dpkg.

gpg directory
The high-level method tempfile.TemporaryDirectory give us no way to ignore erros on
removal thus use tempfile.mkdtemp instead. Ignoring possible issues on removal
is neccesary because it contains gpg sockets that are automatically removed by
the system once the process terminates, otherwise the following log is observed:
File "/usr/lib/python3.5/shutil.py", line 436, in _rmtree_safe_fd
os.unlink(name, dir_fd=topfd)
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'S.gpg-agent.browser'
This is the same fix as 7e3a7cd2426feac757def81850dc44156cd0f33e, but this applies
to runtime (instead of signing).
