eudev: Use PACKAGE_BEFORE_PN/${PN}, clean up spaces
Use PACKAGE_BEFORE_PN for packages which need to capture files early,
switch to idiomatic ${PN} for additional packages. Swap spaces for tabs
in shell functions.
