linux-yocto/5.0: bsp: add basic xilinx zynqmp support
Zumeng Chen has added core/basic support for the zynqmp that is bootable using the 5.0 and 5.2-rcX kernels. This makes the fragments available for future refinement and factoring. A bootlog follows: ZynqMP> setenv bootargs console=ttyPS0,115200 root=/dev/mmcblk0p3 rw rootwait earlycon=cdns,mmio,0xFF000000 clk_ignore_unused ip=dhcp ZynqMP> tftpboot 0x10000000 Image; tftpboot 0x11800000 dtb; booti 0x10000000 - 0x11800000 Using ethernet@ff0e0000 device Filename 'Image'.
