ref-manual: Edits to DISK_SIGNATURE variable.

Fixes [YOCTO 5766]

I removed the note about the "live" IMAGE_TYPES.  Turns out I
was wrong on this information.  It does not create a "directdisk"
image.  That is accomplished through a .bbclass.
