ref-manual: Updated the section on oe-init-build-env-memres
Fixes [YOCTO #7559] Added some explanation on the syntax. As it was, the positionally dependent nature of the script's parameters was not accounted for. This is now explained. Also, talked a bit about the bitbake-cookerdaemon.log file.
