ref-manual: Removed link to wiki page for tested distros.
Fixes [YOCTO #4911] This bug's comments determined that the link from the "Supported Distributions" section to the wiki page that shows a list of tested distros be removed. The wiki page has been updated to link into the section of manual and the wiki page states that it is out of date. So, the manual should not point back to that wiki page.
