sdk-manual: Created a new Makefile flow diagram
The Makefile-Based Projects section was expanded to add a useful
example and figure. Added this figure to the sdk-manual and
mega-manual figures folders.
Updated the Makefile to include the new figure as part of the
tar files for each manual.
