sdk-manual: Provided better wording for sharing HTTP or HTTPS server
Step 1 of the "Providing Updates to the Extensible SDK After Installation" section really did not do much for the reader regarding setting up a HTTP or HTTPS directory. I added more detail on how to generally do that.
