Version/rename XRT for the current version.
Zocl is tied to XRT, and to the kernel sources. So provide an
older XRT/Zocl combination to allow for older configurations.
Note, 2022.1 -> 2023.1 do not currently work. Zocl builds, but XRT
fails due to issues with gcc 12 and beyond.
