ade: add UPSTREAM_CHECK_GITTAGREGEX
Add UPSTREAM_CHECK_GITTAGREGEX to check the correct latest stable
verison.
Before the patch:
$ devtool latest-version ade
INFO: Current version: 0.1.2e
INFO: Latest version: 0.1.2
INFO: Latest version's commit: ffc83ad372d72b16732f201d8a9d1d80dd16515b
After the patch:
$ devtool latest-version ade
INFO: Current version: 0.1.2e
