lcms: inherit sourceforge-releases class
Inherit sourceforge-releases class to check the correct latest stable
verison.
Before the patch:
$ devtool latest-version lcms
INFO: Current version: 2.16
INFO: Latest version:
After the patch:
$ devtool latest-version lcms
INFO: Current version: 2.16
INFO: Latest version: 2.17
