python-jsonschema: RDEPENDS on python-importlib-metadata

This fixes a following runtime issue:
|      raise DistributionNotFound(req, requirers)
| pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'importlib_metadata'
| distribution was not found and is required by jsonschema
