libyami: upgrade 1.3.1 -> 1.3.2

For changes, see:

Remove all the patches fixing warnings converted to errors when using
clang. Most of these have been fixed and others are trivial enough to be
ignored. Pass -Wno-error to CXXFLAGS to ignore these.
