meta-intel/common: Added do_unpack_append() to Calgary Corpus recipe
Added do_unpack_append() to fix issue caused by "patches" folder
that is auto-generated in do_unpack() step. Fix the issue by removing
"patches" folder in the calgary corpus tarball.
