bpftrace: upgrade 0.9.4 -> 0.11.0
Uprev bpftrace to v0.11.0:
* Add patch to fix compilation with LLVM 11
* Add cmake option CMAKE_ENABLE_EXPORTS=1 to prevent stripping, in order to fix
the following error:
