Example-usecases: remove incorrect instructions

- update Enea VNF section
- remove ip address from two pictures
- Replace /opt/testpmd-out with /var/log/testpmd-out
- Remove chapter 2.2 "TestPMD VNF using PCI passthrough"
- Step 9: Remove the following text
