weston: upgrade to 1.5.0

* replace 0001-remove-dependence-on-wayland-scanner-flags.patch with
  disable-wayland-scanner-pkg-check.patch
* add make-lcms-configureable.patch (WIP... needs work)
  = fix for JaMa test-dependencies
