rootfs_deb: Fix whitespace issue
Fixing the following warning:
WARNING: Variable rootfs_deb_bad_recommendations contains tabs, please remove these (/srv/ssd/sgw/poky/meta/recipes-extended/images/core-image-lsb-dev.bb)
