ref-manual: Changed BB_SETSCENE_VERIFY_FUNCTION name

The BB_SETSCENE_VERIFY_FUNCTION variable has effectively changed
names to be BB_SETSCENE_VERIFY_FUNCTION2.  I made the one instance
of it correct here.
