yocto-project-qs, ref-manual: Replaced "yum" with "dnf"

Fixes [YOCTO #8159]

Fedora and CentOS have deprecated "yum" and have come up with
"dnf" as the package manager.  This happened at the end of
2014.  I have replaced the occurrences in the manual
appropritely.
