wic: Fix partition files UIDs on multi rootfs images

When a wks makes reference to multiple rootfs, libspeudo data is not properly chossen. This results in filesystems with invalid UIDs for all the files. wic: Introduce --fsuuid and have --use-uuid make use of UUID too

First, allow for wic to be given a filesystem UUID to be used when creating a filesystem. When not provided, wic will generate the UUID to be used. Next, when --use-uuid is passed, we update the fstab to mount things via UUID (and if not found, then use PARTUUID) as UUID is more portable. wic: When using --use-uuid make sure that we update the fstab with PARTUUID

When we have been told to use the UUID we should also update the fstab to make use of PARTUUID instead of hard-coding the device in question. This will make the resulting image much more portable. wic: add 'part-name' argument for naming GPT partitions

The WIC's 'part' can now give a name for GPT partition in WKS file. It's similar to '--label', but is naming partintions instead file systems. It's required by some bootloaders to partitions have specified names. wic: Add option to not change fstab

Create an option to wic doesn't change fstab file, the final fstab file will be same that in rootfs and wic doesn't update file, e.g adding a new mount point. Users can control the fstab file content in base-files recipe.
