recipes: Drop remaining md5sum checksums

We have long since obsoleted md5sum in favour of sha256sum. Drop the remaining 56 entries (which were showing many recipes hadn't been touched in a long time). meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. Replace one-line DESCRIPTION with SUMMARY

A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the recipe / package where possible. recipes: Remove PR = r0 from all recipes

Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in oe-core. This was done with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' recipes*/*/*.bb -i We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway). libdaemon: fix license segment md5sum boundary

Replaced incorrect "startline" with correct "beginline" for telling where license segment in file begins. Old md5sum was calculated from the beginning of the file, not from beginning of the license segment.
