Add "CVE:" tag to current patches in OE-core

The currnet patches in OE-core doesn't have the "CVE:" tag, now part of the policy of the patches. This is patch add this tag to several patches. There might be patches that I miss; the tag can be added in the future. gnupg: fix find-version for beta checking

find-version always assumes that gnupg is beta if autogen.sh is run out of git-repo. This doesn't work for users whom just take release tarball and re-run autoconf in their local build dir. gnupg: fix build of GPLv2 version of gnupg with gcc 5

Force gcc's traditional handling of inline to avoid issues with gcc 5.
