recipes: Switch away from S = WORKDIR

Where recipes use S = ${WORKDIR}, change them to set UNPACKDIR to a subdir of WORKDIR and make S point at this instead. I've chosen not to force S into any standard UNPACKDIR we may pick in future just so the S = UNPACKDIR case is clearly visible by the directory naming under WORKDIR as that should aid usability. recipes: Drop remaining PR values from recipes

We've been removing PR values from recipes at upgrade time for a while. In general anyone maintaining a binary distro would end up having to curate these themselves so the values in OE-Core aren't really that useful anymore. In many ways it makes sense to clear out the remaining ones (which are mostly for 'config' recipes that are unlikely to increase in PV) and leave a clean slate for anyone implementing a binary distro config. meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. Besides checking DISTRO_FEATURES for required or conflicting features, being able to check MACHINE_FEATURES and/or COMBINED_FEATURES may also be useful at times. Temporarily support the old class name with a warning about future deprecation. matchbox-session-sato: Make the battery applet depend on machine features

matchbox-panel enables the battery plugin only if the acpi/apm machine features are enabled, so enable the battery applet in the session script under the same conditions. This avoids the 'Failed to load applet "battery"' warning at runtime, in case these machine features are not defined. matchbox-desktop: Add Sato folder configuration

matchbox-desktop folder configuration for Sato was in a separate project 'matchbox-desktop-sato'. Skip the extra overhead: remove matchbox-desktop-sato and include the files here. Drop Utilities folder and include those icons in the Applictions folder in an effort to make the common case a little more useful: Now e.g. Terminal icon should be visible on startup. * Use Adwaita Gtk+ theme * sato-gtk-engine is no longer needed with Adwaita * GTK_CSD tricks are no longer needed since the panel does not draw on top windows * Add meta-theme index file: it used to be provided by gtk-sato-engine and is used by matchbox-config-gtk only (to be able to show a single selection for Gtk+, icon and Matchbox themes).
