bug-fix release:
 *) Various fixes for crashes, assertions, deadlocks and memory leaks on
fuzzed input files and in other situations (CVE-2017-5847, CVE-2017-5848)
 *) gst-libav was updated to ffmpeg 3.2.4, fixing a couple of CVEs
