gstreamer1.0-plugins-good: fix 4k playback for v4l2 decoder

The C code callers to gst_structure_get() within gst-plugins-good use the C NULL definition (ie ((void*)0)), which is a valid sentinel. musl libc generates warnings if is included directly. The warnings only cause problems for the git versions (-Werror is turned off for GStreamer stable releases).
