<title>gst-examples: Update 1.18.6 -&gt; 1.26.1</title>

Update to the version from the gstreamer monorepo, bringing it back
into line with the other gstreamer revisions.

Drop the libsoup-2.4 dependency which disables the webrtc code, we
weren't building that anyway as it needs libnice enabled in
gstreamer-plugins-bad.
