Set PKGSUFFIX in nativesdk.bbclass for correct variable name expansion. This would fix bunch of "not shipped" packaging warnings in "-nativesdk" recipes. And also bumping the corresponding PR. alsa-utils: move ${datadir}/init files to alsactl package.

The alsa-utils-speakertest contains some files from ${datadir} directory that are not correct, the files from ${datadir}/init directory should be included in alsa-utils-alsactl package instead.
