systemtap: Add --enable-prologues to configuration

In some cases, the debuginfo generated by the compiler is insufficient for systemtap to figure out function param locations; using -P allows it to use prologue searching to find the correct locations. Enable prologue searching in the configuration so the user doesn't have to specify it manually. Fixes [YOCTO #5403]. systemtap: fix build failure on host system with dyninst installed

On host system where dyninst installed (i.e Fedora 18 with SystemTap) builds fails with the error from do_qa_configure "This autoconf log indicates errors, it looked at host include and/or library paths while determining system capabilities." systemtap: add python and bash dependencies

There are a number of scripts in the systemtap installation that use python and bash, so we need to add run-time dependencies for them. If not, we can generate build errors like "no package provides /usr/bin/python". Fixes [YOCTO #3951]. Add obsolete_automake_macros.patch that replaces automake macros no longer supported by automake-1.13 with modern constructs. Removed AM_PROG_CC_STDC. AC_PROG_CC to replace it was already present. nativesdk: Switch to using nativesdk as a prefix, not a suffix

As discussed on the mailing lists, using a suffix to package names is hard and has lead to many recipes having to do PKGSUFFIX games. Its looking extremely hard to scale nativesdk much further without hacking many recipes. By comparison, using a prefix like multilib does works much better and doesn't involve "hacking" as many recipes.
