recipes: Drop remaining md5sum checksums

We have long since obsoleted md5sum in favour of sha256sum. Drop the remaining 56 entries (which were showing many recipes hadn't been touched in a long time). recipes: Drop remaining PR values from recipes

We've been removing PR values from recipes at upgrade time for a while. In general anyone maintaining a binary distro would end up having to curate these themselves so the values in OE-Core aren't really that useful anymore. In many ways it makes sense to clear out the remaining ones (which are mostly for 'config' recipes that are unlikely to increase in PV) and leave a clean slate for anyone implementing a binary distro config. meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. distro_features_check: expand with MACHINE_FEATURES and COMBINED_FEATURES, rename

Besides checking DISTRO_FEATURES for required or conflicting features, being able to check MACHINE_FEATURES and/or COMBINED_FEATURES may also be useful at times. Temporarily support the old class name with a warning about future deprecation. xrestop: fix SRC_URI and LICENSE

* projects.o-hand.com downloads have moved to downloads.yoctoproject.org * LICENSE syntax was invalid (should use & instead of + to signify mixed license). I have set it to GPLv2+ since there is only one source file and that's the license it states. (Note - even if it was a mix of GPLv2+ and GPLv2 code the result would be GPLv2 only.) Add more detailed SUMMARY and DESCRIPTIONS to various graphics and graphics related components. I've recently gotten question from users what something is, or why it was needed.. this should go a long way toward answering those questions. Many of the descriptions were taken directly from the upstream location, where one was not available the Debian packages were consulted for information. Signed-off-by: Mark Hatle
