meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. Make the license more accurate by specifying the specific variant of BSD license instead of the generic one. This helps with SPDX license attribution as "BSD" is not a valid SPDX license. fonts: Bump HASHEQUIV_HASH_VERSION after rpmdeps change

Ensure the fallback value if used is written to the SDE file and hence stored in sstate, reducing any confusion within the code over '0' values. Bump the HASHEQUIV_VERSION since we've had a ton of trouble with ensuring this rolls out correctly on the autobuilder so others may too, take a clean slate for it.
