Replace one-line DESCRIPTION with SUMMARY

A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the recipe / package where possible. Replace OpenedHand Bugzilla in BUGTRACKER

recipes: Remove PR = r0 from all recipes

Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in oe-core. This was done with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' recipes*/*/*.bb -i We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway). remove the unnecessary protocol parameters

matchbox-wm: fix icon handling on 64-bit hosts

Xlib has a historical quirk where 32-bit values are returned in longs (but always hidden through a cast). On 32-bit machines this doesn't matter but on 64-bit this leads to problems. Bump SRCREV to integrate a fix from upstream. Also, drop the conditional configure_fix.patch, it was integrated long ago. matchbox-wm: Remove x-session-manager handling

Windows manager should be independent on session manager, especially when we have multiple session manager like mini-x and matchbox session. This commit remove session-manager stuff in matchbox-wm, as matchbox-session already has duplicated code. Also adjust alternative priority for mini-X to make it higher priority over matchbox-session.
