Functionality provided by Zypper is now covered more effectively by
Smart (python-smartpm) which is now being used for package management
on the target when enabled and RPM packaging is selected.

uclibc does not have rpmatch() so we define
it if zypper is being compiled for uclibc

With the recent RPM uprev, libzypp, sat-solver and zypper should be
rebuilt to ensure they get the right BerkleyDB and rpmdb interfaces.
