Use cleandirs to ensure ${B} is always empty, and remove redundant assignment of
EXTRA_OEMAKE (presumably from when it had a non-empty default).

Replace some "+=/=+" with "=" when setting BBCLASSEXTEND, they are

ed tarballs are now available only in .lz format, which saves them
an amazing 30 kilobytes over gz.
