gamin: remove

Gamin hasn't been required for many years now, maintenance upstream stopped in 2008 and the addition of inotify to the kernel made it redundant. Remove the recipe from oe-core, and references to it in pacakgegroup-core-lsb (LSB doesn't require gamin) and packagegroup-self-hosted. gamin: replace obsolete automake macros with working ones

Add obsolete_automake_macros.patch that replaces automake macros no longer supported by automake-1.13 with modern constructs. Removed AM_PROG_CC_STDC. AC_PROG_CC to replace it was already present. multilib: Use BPN instead of PN for style like lib${PN}

When supporting multilib, ${PN} will be extended with MLPREFIX. However if a package name contains ${PN} with styles like lib${PN}, such extension will cause error. Use BPN in this case. Major layout change to the packages directory

Having one monolithic packages directory makes it hard to find things and is generally overwhelming. This commit splits it into several logical sections roughly based on function, recipes.txt gives more information about the classifications used. The opportunity is also used to switch from "packages" to "recipes" as used in OpenEmbedded as the term "packages" can be confusing to people and has many different meanings. Not all recipes have been classified yet, this is just a first pass at separating things out. Some packages are moved to meta-extras as they're no longer actively used or maintained.
