recipes: Drop remaining md5sum checksums

We have long since obsoleted md5sum in favour of sha256sum. Drop the remaining 56 entries (which were showing many recipes hadn't been touched in a long time). meta: use explicit uri for all sourceforge upstream version checks

Previously the check for some recipes relied on sourceforge redirecting from downloads.sourceforge.net (SRC_URI is set to that) into the actual project page. Sourceforge does this for interactive browsers, but not for wget. With the check no longer mimicking a browser, and being truthful about coming from wget we need to explicitly fetch the project page in all cases, which is what this commit does. meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. cwautomacros: cleanup buildpath in autogen.sh

CWAUTOMACROSPREFIX is ${D}${prefix} which is used as the prefix of install dir and used to replace the path placeholder in script autogen.sh, the former is correct but not for the later, we can fix the Makefile to use two variables for this, but I think a sed replacement would be fine since the package has not been in development for a long time. Replace one-line DESCRIPTION with SUMMARY

A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the recipe / package where possible.
