bc: extend to nativesdk

bc is needed for compiling kernel modules, more specifially whenr running `make scripts prepare'. In linux-yocto.inc, we have bc-native in DEPENDS. But we will need nativesdk-bc in case we compile a kernel module inside SDK. Add ptest for OSS 'bc' by using 'bc' in the system to do calculation jobs according to the .b files from the source file. Test example as below: ...... .00673400673400673400 “PASS: bc/div.b” 99836408603283573660347145562829683495827909199408566065153345558783\ 9427595471.89114392327665123852 “PASS: bc/exp.b” length(b)= 1406 “PASS: bc/fact.b” ...... If bc runs the .b files and does not crash, it would 'PASS', otherwise 'FAIL'. Tested in qemux86-64, with kvm enabled, test cost 12 secs, so it should be a fast test. meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. bc: dc: fix exit code of q command

The exit code for "echo q | dc" is 1 for dc-1.4.1; while the exit code for "echo q | dc" is 0 for dc-1.4. Here is the answer from ken@gnu.org: dc-1.4 was right. There was a rewrite of a chunk of code for 1.4.1 to fix a corner case in the Q command, and somehow the placement of the clean-up label for the 'q' command got misplaced on the error-handling branch instead of the clean-exit branch. The patch below fixes this (it is committed for whenever the next bc/dc release gets made). Relicensed to just GPLv3+, update LICENSE and checksums. The build dependency for flex should be flex-native. libmath.h is missing from the tarball (it was present in 1.06) and the generation rules are not cross-friendly, so delete the rules and copy in a pre-generated libmath.h. Remove fix-segment-fault.patch as the fixes are now upstream. Add PACKAGECONFIG for readline and libedit, defaulting to readline.
