The .gir files from gobject-introspection are configured to install to
${libdir}/gir-1.0 when multilib is enabled. Update vapigen-wrapper accordingly.

Make libxslt-native dependency conditional on api-documentation distro feature,
as vala now defaults to rebuilding the manual (which is slow).

getVar() now defaults to expanding by default, thus remove the True
option from getVar() calls with a regex search and replace.

Search made with the following regex: getVar ?\(( ?[^,()]*), True\)

Now that gobject-introspection is supported, generation of .vapi
files for develeloping Vala code against gobject-based libraries
should be supported as well.
