No need to set DEPENDS_class-native explicitly as self-dependencies are ignored now. Don't rewrite do_configure, autotools_do_configure works. Actually invoke the install-private-headers target (autotools_do_install doesn't take arguments). Remove redundant cd. tcl: fix sed in do_install()

The command: sed -i "s+${WORKDIR}+${STAGING_INCDIR}+g" tclConfig.sh was used for replacing "${WORKDIR}", but it also replaced "-L${WORKDIR}", but binconfig.bbclass would replace "-L${WORKDIR}", too, which caused incorrect result, use "'${WORKDIR}" to fix the problem.
