AddressSanitizer is a fast memory error detector.
ThreadSanitizer detects data races.
UBSanitizer detectes undefined behaviour.

All consist of compiler instrumentation and a run-time library.
The compiler instrumentation was already enabled, this builds
the run-time library component.
