e2fsprogs: Skip slow ptest tests

The slow tests run unreliably with our current setup/infrsstructure/timeouts. There are only five slow ones and having the other ~250 run reliably without timeouts is the priority right now. e2fsprogs: fix file system generation with large files

When copying files into the file system the file offset was being truncated to a signed 32-bit value, so any files that are larger than 2^31 bytes were the right size, but no content after that point. without diffutils, diff from busybox will be used, diff of busybox cause diff result different with expect file under test.
