There is no need to have two assignments; also setting S from
UNPACKDIR (and not vice versa) is more logical as unpack
task comes first, and tasks that come after unpack use S to access
unpack results.

Also adjust reference test data in selftest/recipeutils to reflect changes in test recipes.

We have long since obsoleted md5sum in favour of sha256sum. Drop the remaining
56 entries (which were showing many recipes hadn't been touched in a long time).
They all do have the corresponding sha256sum entries as is clear from the diff.

Don't use the common 'OASIS' license, as this isn't a SPDX license and
is in fact specifically the DocBook XML v4 license text.

Instead, use NO_GENERIC_LICENSE to ship a custom license file. We still
need to ship a copy of it in-tree because the license code needs a bare
copy of the license text. Reference the in-tree license text in the
license checksum to show that we've verified they match.

Also, clean up some comments.

Thanks to hongxu.jia@eng.windriver.com for a previous iteration of this.

The XSL license was standardized by SPDX as DocBook-XML.
Copy the license file to the new name and use it in
docbook-xsl-stylesheets.

License-Update: use new DocBook-XML SPDX ID, copy text from existing XSL

Where recipes use S = ${WORKDIR}, change them to set UNPACKDIR to
a subdir of WORKDIR and make S point at this instead.

I've chosen not to force S into any standard UNPACKDIR we may pick in
future just so the S = UNPACKDIR case is clearly visible by the
directory naming under WORKDIR as that should aid usability.

Where recipes use S = ${WORKDIR}, ensure they are referencing ${S} correctly
to access files as soon we want to stop doing this in WORKDIR at which point
they would break unless corrected.

This patch changes the docbook-xml distribution package source from
debian to docbook which aligns the recipe with the source
originator. Other changes made to the recipe include:

This patch resolves [YOCTO #13270].

- removal of version 4.0 given docbook no longer distributes version
  4.0
- simplification of the header description.
- inline comments to communicate the rationale behind gathering
multiple versions and LICENSE file handling.
- minor ordering changes to align with styling conventions and better
  context to better communicate use
- Added comment about magic XMLCATALOGS variable. This variable and
subsequent inherit might be better placed in recipes that depend on
docbook-xml but leave it for now to not cause a patch landslide.
- Modify the related docbook-xml patch to remove docbook-xml-4.0 since
  it is no longer provided.
- Put BBCLASSEXTEND to end of recipe per RP note on convention
