avahi: Add patch to fix Win10 mDNS issues

Windows 10 will respond to mDNS messages when it really shouldn't, resulting in a lot of logging. Pulling the change from avahi upstream. classes/meta: Add DISTRO_FEATURES check for gtk+/gtk3+

If you currently do a DISTRO_FEATURES_remove = "x11" with OE-Core, you see failures due to dependency problems. The work in resolving this was partially completed a while back. This adds in the markup mainly for gtk/gtk3+ recipes and means "bitbake world" will work successfully. bitbake -b avahi_ -e | grep FILES_avahi= shows this code from http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?h=master&id=093149d22461a3a76980635bc46cdba1c7c0b181 doesn't do what is expected.
