recipes: Drop remaining md5sum checksums

We have long since obsoleted md5sum in favour of sha256sum. Drop the remaining 56 entries (which were showing many recipes hadn't been touched in a long time). recipes: Drop remaining PR values from recipes

We've been removing PR values from recipes at upgrade time for a while. In general anyone maintaining a binary distro would end up having to curate these themselves so the values in OE-Core aren't really that useful anymore. In many ways it makes sense to clear out the remaining ones (which are mostly for 'config' recipes that are unlikely to increase in PV) and leave a clean slate for anyone implementing a binary distro config. v86d: Improve kernel dependency

Working with enabling SPDX, an issue was observerd where v86d wasn't rebuilding when the kernel was changed from linux-yocto to linux-yocto-rt. This is due to the code in sstatesig.py which was seeing the RRECOMMENDS on a kernel module and ignoring the DEPENDS. The v86d is technically a kernel module since it uses kernel header files. There are two ways to address this, we could inherit the module-base class and the dependency code does the correct thing. It appears the code doesn't look into STAGING_KERNEL_DIR though and doesn't use the kernel sources. We can therefore drop the DEPENDS and the code will the do the correct thing. meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. v86d: Make cross compilation working on more architectures

Since commit 709c603dec19 ("v86d: Accept aarch64 as build host") we support cross compilation on aarch64 host in addition to x86 host. However building on hosts different than two above will fail. Make cross compilation support more generic by checking for TARGET_ARCH in v86d configure script with fallback to `uname -m` when not present in environment and pass TARGET_ARCH explicitly in do_configure(). Cross build for x86 tested on IBM Power 8 machine with RHEL7. Should work on aarch64 and rest too.
