efivar: add musl libc compatibility

Backport patch to get efivar working with musl. Upstream issue: https://github.com/rhboot/efivar/issues/202 After commit meta-oe/1582f81805ee3114bc1a44bd5cf52d21f96702ca fwupd gives an error when trying to build with musl because efivar is not compatible. meta/meta-selftest/meta-skeleton: Update LICENSE variable to use SPDX license identifiers

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak. Drop determinism.patch, resolved by https://github.com/rhboot/efivar/commit/641a1626543ca3bf0cdd5ea0bd6cc3a82462521a Drop no-werror.patch, can now be replaced by ERRORS= in make invocation.
